Simple Translation Workflow

An estimate will be provided based on the number of characters or words contained in the source document for translation. You can request an estimate using our online form, or by e-mail, phone or fax.

One of our project coordinators will look over the details of the job and send out the best possible estimate via e-mail.

When you are happy with the delivery date and price, you can place an order by e-mail or fax. Work on your translation will commence upon receipt of the order form.

The project coordinator will select a translator best suited to the job based on the project requirements. During the translation process, the project coordinator may need to contact you to pass on any queries or questions from the translator regarding the content of the translation.
Please note that proofreading and DTP work is not included in this service.

The completed translation will be delivered by e-mail (or by post or other means when necessary) by the delivery date agreed to on the order form.

Upon receipt of the translation, we recommend you read through it and contact the project coordinator if you have any questions or queries regarding the work.

Your project coordinator will gladly field any questions you may have in regard to the work. In the event you feel corrections are necessary, corrections will be made free of charge.
*Requests for corrections must be made within ten days of delivery.
Please note that a separate charge may apply depending on the nature of the correction.
