1 The Pursuit of Quality
In order to provide the highest quality translation possible, International Documentation Center will select a translator experienced in the project field. Following translation, an experienced proofreader will cast a professional eye over the work as part of our efforts to deliver superior quality translations.
2 Attention to Detail
International Documentation Center has established an internal framework of sales staff and project coordinators who manage each step of the process, from translation, editing and DTP work in order to ensure you receive a professional-quality translation.
3 Over Thirty Years Experience
Ever since International Documentation Center was founded in 1976, we have continued to focus on going that extra step to provide superior quality translations.
The ongoing patronage we have garnered from our ever-expanding client base is testimony to what we have achieved over our long history in the industry. Experience the difference with International Documentation Center.
Standard Translation Workflow
Send the source document to be translated to receive a fee estimate.
One of our sales team or project coordinators will look over the details and confirm any queries they may have in regards to the project to offer the best possible estimate.
When you are happy with the delivery date and price, return the order form to place an official order. Work on your project will commence upon receipt of the order form.
The project coordinator will select a translator best suited to the job based on your requirements. During the translation process, you may be contacted by the project coordinator with questions or queries the translator may have regarding the content of the translation.
Once the initial translation is complete, our proofreading team will cast a professional eye over the document to correct any mistranslation or misinterpretation of the source document and add any final touches to further improve the quality of the translation.
Word and Power Point documents are then passed on our formatting team for any required layout and DTP work.
The completed translation will be delivered by e-mail (or by post or other means where necessary) by the delivery date agreed to on the order form.
Upon receipt of the translation, we recommend you read through it and contact the project coordinator if you have any queries etc. regarding the work.
* The project coordinator will gladly field any questions you may have in regard to the work up to 10 days following delivery. Please note that any requests for corrections may incur a separate charge depending on the nature of the request.
